Person centred therapy:
The foundation of my work, offering empathic understanding, acceptance and a space where you can feel unconditionally valued.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT):
A somatic therapy technique that gently reduces the impact of past trauma and increases wellbeing.
Breathwork Physiotherapy:
Using individually tailored breathwork to help you to calm your nervous system and reduce anxiety, panic and stress. Over 15 years experience as a Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist in the NHS, underpins my approach.
Integrated eye movement therapy:
Similar to EMDR, this helps to release the emotional weight of past trauma so you can move forward with your life.
Inner Child Therapy:
Helps you to understand the impact of your stressful childhood and to heal and move forwards.
Cognitive approaches
Helping you gain distance from distressing thoughts and be less dominated by them.

Together we work towards a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need in order to thrive. My goal is for you to gain practical tools to calm your nervous system, reconnect with parts of yourself you may have lost, and experience greater peace, confidence and joy in your daily life. For you to find permission to be happy and to prioritise your own needs.
